location is excellent if you wish to go to the baths theatre or just be in the center of town, parking is not

love it there and we've been afew times just for a couple of days away to relax away from the kids and we love

one of my kids slipped in the large shower area and the other ran into the very large glass screen

is that the flooring inside the shower was very slippery and i did almost slip so didnt let my kids use the

only problem was no soundproofing so got woke at 7am by kids running around upstairs

loved our stay here, kids loved it even under the covid restrictions only problem was our bathroom was not as

huge room.great value for money. nice staff. clean. the kids were overjoyed with breakfast.

it has a large car park at the back of the hotel with plenty of secure car-parking spaces which is a must for

staff were super helpful and the fact that they gave our kids an amazing christmas experience handing them our
