wish there was more to do with little kids

here a few times with the kids and the missus, absolutely lovely building, clean and comfy beds, will be back

kids were allowed in swimming pool only from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm, which meant we needed to come back

i'm glad that they allow kids

had to leave the next day to pick the kids up!

room was spacious, clean comfortable with good wifi

towels and toiletries wifi tv and tea/coffee facilities ( and biscuits) on street ( very safe ) parking great

if i could use a microwave and it appeared in my room like magic, she let my friend exchange parking spot when

room was very cosy, good wifi, plenty of hot water really nice throw on the bed and the bed linen was fresh and

everything from the room to the bar all great will definitely be going again

nee years eve nothing on misrable me and kids was bored

d the phone in the room wasn t working so i had to traipse back to reception with tired kids plus bags)

camp bed wasn t set up when we arrived and she could see i was exhausted (solo parent with two kids)

kids were running up and down the corridor

useless wifi, less than 4mb, both connections, ok for text messages but unable to join company zoom meeting

for the leisure facilities were quite dated and on the weekend when we visited there was a lot of kids classes

great location tucked away great pool for kids friendly staff

the swimming pool was ace for the kids

the pool could maybe do with a bit of a update but the kids still loved it!

a bit of confusion over breakfast prices we thought with breakfast included in the price that meant all types

don't like vat on everything put on bill (eg bar drinks)

the continental breakfast was very tasty and we also had scrambled egg with smoked salmon which was

our stay, we was awoken by kids (18 year olds) running around at 12/1am popping balloons, screaming and shouting

at a minimum, but i was prepared for the amount of noise from the other rooms around mine, and kids running up

and i did expect there could be noise untill 2am as they did let me know, but all night some kids went to there

was awful nothing but springs kids running about all night ud83cudf19 small room although i booked a larger

bedroom was spacious, free wifi worked well and was easy to connect

friendly throughout my stay, easy access for work, easy parking, nice and quiet.

there was no wifi in the room, or if there was there was no password or any information to relate to it

the only negatives were the tv didn't work and the wifi cut out a bit but both are soluble problems for an

love it there and we've been afew times just for a couple of days away to relax away from the kids and we love

pool was great for the kids.

our room was also directly above the pool so all we could hear was kids screaming

i do enjoy a swim but didn't get in the pool as it was full of kids splashing about sunday childrens swim times

excellent kids loved it, room had sky sports so was able to watch live world cup cricket, warrington wilfs

didnt like the room being off the kitchen as it was very noisy starting at 8am with kids screaming and shouting

hotel was exactly what we needed for a night to rest and wash whilst travelling, the kids loved the help yourself

were able to have a family room, with 2 connected rooms with 1 bathroom, so kids able to have single beds

breakfast guy pete was amazing very friendly to me and my kids they thought he was awesome a credit to the

budget accommodation very basic but clean great breakfast wifi worked well

we ate in bar in the evening which was lively as it was friday night, food great and good value for money

everything was perfect for me my husband and 3 kids breakfast was amazing

we enjoyed playing as a family and because it s in a separate area it was good for kids

quiet room due to work and this was confirmed to us, however next door seemed to be full of young kids going on

carpet in my room had a few stains on the floor but as i had a pet with me it didnt bother me too much

however with the free parking a few minutes away this could be excused

having the family suite was great, meant the kids could be in bed whilst the adults weren't - not something

was fine, there were 5 kids running around outside with no adult supervision until late in the

5 miles out from pocklington which was fine but there is no footpath so may be unsuitable for kids to walk

i love that they use ingredients from their own kitchen garden and the tomatoes that i had with my full english

in bar was grubby and sticky, glasses affected by poor dishwasher performance but altogether minor

& bar unfortunately not open on the day we stayed but visited a lovely indian's down the road

not the hotels fault that the kids were noisy but the structure of the hotel made the door banging echo and

he instantly made us feel at home, laughing & joking with my kids, always on hand if we needed anything
