booked 2 bedrooms for our family of 4 (kids 10 and 14) the bedrooms were very comfortable and a good size for
general codition of the outside of the hotel, car park and pub-garden / kids play area (lots of weeds and
we needed a beer bottle opener and neither of us had brought one so they collected one from the bar for us to

are in the bar and asked if there was a kids menu (we had 2 toddlers and a 9 year old with us), we were told it
the drinks prices were extortionate. the kids pool splash times were silly times.
kids can t be in the pool weekday evenings but i understand it even if i don t like it.
our kids had a dairy free pizza in the bar as well and breakfast in the morning was excellent too
staff were really helpful and accommodating throughout especially for the kids.

sofa bed they set up for the kids was terrible - the mattress was the lumpiest ever so they didn t sleep well
of the room was kids sweets under the bed dust all over the worktops and chair neighbours were very noisy didn
close location and nice breakfast. kids area was nice too
only downer was that the sofa bed (for the kids) wasn t particularly comfortable but they slept ok in the end

historical building was stunning and the staff were super friendly and welcoming kids and our dog

easy shuttle bus service - cost 12 but we had 2 kids, one in a pram, 5 suitcases, 2 wedding boxes and 4
