historical building was stunning and the staff were super friendly and welcoming kids and our dog
in family time which is excellent as one can enjoy a swim whilst one s partner supervises the kids & swap
kids times at the pool were quite limited and overlapped with breakfast

sofa bed they set up for the kids was terrible - the mattress was the lumpiest ever so they didn t sleep well

only downer was that the sofa bed (for the kids) wasn t particularly comfortable but they slept ok in the end

house so excellent size, close to the hotel but fair away enough to not be noisy at all and the kids loved
great because we had space for my husband and i with our two kids (14 & 9) and it was perfect for our dogs
like hotal becoz they have apatment feel like home my kids very happy evething is very nice clean
shower stall/bathroom was tiny and but it s an older hotel and the fact that our kids had their own space made

general codition of the outside of the hotel, car park and pub-garden / kids play area (lots of weeds and
booked 2 bedrooms for our family of 4 (kids 10 and 14) the bedrooms were very comfortable and a good size for
exceptionally clean with a fab breakfast.
this enough - every member of staff we encountered from the hotel reception, restaurant staff and bar staff were

towers with my teenage daughter,good value for money,lovely brekkie,never got to go swimming as kids times didn

are really helpful, great location, loved that it has a little playground and the pool so the kids were entertained
breakfast is a buffet so perfect for kids and the staff are friendly there is a small outside playground
play area for kids was a bonus for us.

the restaurant was always fully booked for the 2 nights we were there, so were forced to order room service

and unexpected influx of small children in the pool which meant a peaceful swim ended but hey kids have to have

the fountains didn t work properly and was full of kids we could have paid 10 and gone to the local baths
