a dirty kids squishy toy under the sofa bed along with some mouldy food

booked a family room for myself, my wife and our 2 kids when we visited alton tower resort, on arrival we were
very ample parking, lovely rooms, staff were all so very friendly to our whole family
the place is less than 8 min drive to alton tower resort and there is plenty of parking available as well

the location is on the edge of town-very quiet but still not far of a walk even with kids to a good restaurant
by wifi question as it was already available the location was ideal for walking access to town centre

i didn't take my kids the pub food menu had plenty of choice for them to choose from
smell from the drains in the carpark the kids bed was a very basic camp bed which i would expect
