great value for money, kids loved pool, front desk staff was amazing

we were 2 parents and 3 kids

there is a large field next to the property where kids can run around and play

beds were to firm for my husband and kids, but some people including my self might like that

breakfast was good and the kids really enjoyed the pool

annoying kids that are constantly abusing the free breakfast, most of them go down for at least 3 breakfasts

fully stocked selection and fruit would have been a nice option for the kids playing sports

arrival was late and small kids needed to go to bed

our room was close to the elevator and ice room and the kids were out of their rooms past 3am

kids loved the instant pancake maker

people screaming in the halls as well as kids running in the halls for hours

must have been some sort of tournament going on, the hotel was full of all have young kids running up-and-down

i didn't like was being placed on a floor with a hockey team that kept me and my kids up to midnight running up

kids coming back from tournament and raiding the breakfast area the next morning

downside were the kids at some tournament kicking up a storm when they returned in the evening and knocking on

pool opening times 9am to 10pm which was brilliant if you had been out most of the day, kids could still go

everything was clean, decor was elegant, rooms and beds are cozy and the kids loved the pool and water slide

the kids loved the pool, the staff were very friendly. i d recommend to friends.
