a hapless couple of kids taking breakfast orders, totally disconnected from kitchen and too busy huddled away

they had a breakfast with bing event which packed the place out with kids so you couldn't move, ruined the
kids running around screaming in corridors and lift, using it as a playground, no security despite
was a wedding reception in the event room which was no problem but i'd expect them to keep the kids inside when

there is also a play area in the pub beer garden which kept the kids entertained
clean room with a play park outside for the kids and pub next door for dinner and breakfast
beautiful location, close to the canal for walks, the restaurant was very good and if you had kids a nice

and now because of it my chest is in pain twice there was a family in the next room to ours the kids was screaming

the place met all my requirements including the off road parking which was a big help.
parking was good and for the location was ideal
all the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful, the bar prices weren t outrageous

thai restaurant next door very good breakfast very well equipped room which was spotless quick wifi in the room
was a bit noisy due to being above kitchen/service area but didn't go on till late so not big problem
our dog was allowed in the bar area with us for
they even cooked a lovely dinner for us after the kitchen had shut

dated rooms sadly , freezing cold pool for the kids and had to pay extra 3 for towels
not hotels fault, but screaming kids running up and down the corridors was annoying
kids shouting for hours at the swimming pool/spa, 3 to 4 pm inflatable toys were given to them and
in the bar and again no service with a smile, it was busy as there was a wedding on, ordered a kids meal and
staff,food, parking, only down side is dangerous junction to turn off for hotel if coming north
