in the bar and again no service with a smile, it was busy as there was a wedding on, ordered a kids meal and

not hotels fault, but screaming kids running up and down the corridors was annoying

in lady was very rude we arrived early and she spoke to us like naughty school kids once we established we just

it was just a very disappointing welcome, particularly after driving over 3 hours with young kids
