even the music from the bar wasn't as bad as we thought it may have been
comfortable bed , superb shower with toiletries, glad we ate at the bar the meals were very tasty
noisy being above the bar but we were made aware of this when we booked so can't
the bar below though it had been very clear to us!

the location is on the edge of town-very quiet but still not far of a walk even with kids to a good restaurant
parking outside front door & free of charge
off road parking too - in fact, everything was perfect for us

the kids especially loved swimming, and we all had a great time getting dressed up for a lovely dinner
there was no background music so you could just here people from outside the building chatting kids screaming
the little things making a big difference are charging points beside the bed, free wifi, quality toiletries,

kids loved the food
the menu in the evening was great- kids meals were great value and curry night on a tuesday
also the internet didn t reach the lift room so i couldn t work after putting the kids to bed as planned

it is slightly challenging with a young family and kids not willing to sleep on their own

kids liked the style of the property

the restaurant has a fantastic selection of food to suit everyone s taste and best of all the kids absolutely
loved how welcoming the staff was to both the kids and the fur baby

family room was a little shabby and all the way on the top floor with two kids isn't that convenient
does hot buffet with cooked vegetables :-( so if you are tired after long hike and have kids there is nothing

however the main problem is the extended kids hours at the pool
oh pool closes to kids 5 -530 even if they could push this out to six it would be great
the new spa area is lovely and so relaxing but when we arrived there were young kids there screaming and
a twin room for kids which was a double when we got to it
was full of kids and couldnt relax

thought that a family with two small kids needed to be on the 1st floor, was very delusional
rooms lovely and clean everything you need in them, brilliant having bar and resturant with fab food and wonderful
staff in adjoining pub / restaurant allowed me late room service from the bar charged to my room so i could
early check in was available as soon as we arrived. the staff were lovely
