5 hour car trip after school and the kids weren't allowed in the pool even though they are 12 and 9 so not very

beds were made for the kids as we arrived late

beds were dirty underneath the sheets, looked like bugs, my kids woke up with bites on their legs, i will not

size of room. i was expecting basic but to be honest, too small for 3 people (adult & 2 kids)

good location, clean, tidy and comfortable. kids took full advantage of all breakfast options!

early check in was available when i arrived which was great as i was attending a wedding

smell from the drains in the carpark the kids bed was a very basic camp bed which i would expect

i didn't take my kids the pub food menu had plenty of choice for them to choose from

for national memorial arboretum, pet friendly, quiet, fabulous dahlias (in late october

bar meals were also to a very high standard with a good choice of cask ale whiskey and gin bar

arranged an early check in before we left to go the races and i left my mobile charger in the room after

rooms were very comfortable, kids loved playing in the garden and feeding the kitchen scraps to the sheep in

the back garden was kitted out with skittles, tables, stuff for kids to play with and loads of sitting

things for the kids outside and really good breakfast with friendly staff.

atmosphere the location and the staff especially ann who was really nice especially with our kids also breakfast

and the kids loved the stable part

we traveled with 2 kids and hotel took care about them too with kids beds

loved the fact that it had a bath, as a family room a bath is needed to scrub the kids

we arrived very early and he granted us early check in he was very friendly answered any questions i had

asked for an early check in and they accommodated it for me free of charge

was very inconvenient when coming late not clearly marked where to park to drop of suit cases, kids etc for the

party was going on so a few people were a bit the worse for wear which can be a bit scary for any kids

the bar staff was very good just a shame we've not tried breakfast had to go back yearly for the kids

they had a porter and offered to help with your luggage s as a gesture for those traveling with kids

booked this b&b for a country retreat, a break from our busy jobs and kids for a romantic weekend

it was in a lovely country setting, plenty of parking and easy to find

and i was leaving too early for breakfast so they chef gave me a continental breakfast to take to my room

the place had so much character, with stunning views of the gardens and golf course

booked a family room for myself, my wife and our 2 kids when we visited alton tower resort, on arrival we were

reasonable priced thai food/snacks for kids and drinks

would definitely go back but arrive earlier for parking

alton towers, it s basicly 5 mins drive to alton towers, location is amazing lovely place great parking, the

only negative really was the parking when we initially got there. parking was extremely limited.
