the pool was not usable - 2m deep, 2m x 2m size... not for kids at all
you could hear people talking, kids were running around screaming
the only thing i did not like was the coffee at breakfast from the machine. i had tea instead.

helped with an upgrade when the room we had booked did not accommodate a family with 2 teenage kids even though
we were travelling with kids and they had a hard time falling asleep sometimes

our two teenage kids were given a very cool room with a mezzanine, which they very much appreciated
parking is in the next street therefore you need to travel with luggage or kids
the kids room had an unpleasant smell from time to time, which we informed the staff about but they
throw in free parking (important in nazare), a lovely free breakfast and a stylish yet comfortable environment

two little kids it a bit complicated with no bathtub
the kids pool doesn't have steps so for our 3 year old it was hard to get in and there where never
had booked a ‘junior suite’ to sleep 2 adults & 2 teenagers - the kids’ beds were fold up metal beds -
breakfast was great and staff were super helpful and friendly

pool is way too small and get very noisy if you have families with kids in there as it is located in a vaulted
we stayed in the 1st floor and right above there was probably a family with kids, we woke up with the kids
pool very busy, no opportunity for a massage and too many kids
loud, a lot of families with little kids
the location is perfect, the staff more than helpful, the room spotless, and both dinner and breakfast delicious

many kids in the spa, couldn t really enjoy myself because it was always noisy and the kids were
size and temperature and super nice schedules of closing and opening specially for parents with kids, that want
little bit noisy with maintenance or constructions in the next door and also some noise with kids running over

i very much recommend this place for families with kids as there is a big garden and also some goats and chickens
host was very personable and accommodating and provided a great breakfast which included home made jams
