we had 2 rooms on 2 different floors (one for kids and other for us) and same issue in both the rooms
wifi was a little hit and miss in our room
bidet, wifi was very poor
the wifi was solid and they gave you free nespresso that was stocked every day
staff very helpful and friendly the wifi was excellent

the room size is tight for 4 adults and the whole space is more suited for a family with small kids - there
was small for 1 adult + 2 kids
there was a family with screaming kids that started running in the hallway at 8am.
the room was super cute for four, but the bigger bed was separated by a 1/2 wall so kids felt like they had
it's not appropriate and safe that kids or old people stay apart from family in different floors

an issue of health & safety with my young grandkids
was travelling in a party of 7 people 2 adults, 2 kids and 3 elders, i made a reservation for 5 adults and 2
stayed in the junior suite with 2 kids and it was spacious
were on the 13th floor so was a bit worried opening the windows to let fresh air in with little kids in the room
and they had a guest’s with kids, who were screaming late at night
