where quite small (in the second bedrooms, the bed is small even for 2 kids) bathrooms were not in great conditions
shared the family room with our kids, but it is definitely nice to stay here with two couples as well

the unit was clean, comfortable, modern and very well equipped with parking right out the front
the beach is quite close and beautiful. it also has plenty of free parking space around.
i also had a kitchenette in my room, which really came in handy

hot-tub was great, especially for the kids. breakfast was ok, every morning the same.

there is even a beautiful common area, with small playground for kids, table tennis, and board games
pool has a small area for kids but then it goes all to 1
as pet owners, we were especially happy that the quinta was pet-friendly—our miniature dachshund
the pool out on the yard feels very fresh; the jacuzzi was really relaxing; the big daybed by the pool

to the location on a narrow street it's a little tricky to get around but great having private parking close by
