their kids were playing in the lobby/reception area making a nuisance of themselves
our children (older kids) had a twin room that was huge compared to ours
pool is great especially as they allow kids during set times, but the changing rooms are in need of an update
started off peaceful until people started bringing kids in that were shouting/screaming and jumping in the pool
i only wish the kids in the pool time was slightly more accommodating.

there one night with my wife and kids, just loved the service, cleanliness and how nice all staff were
the kids were so excited to see chocolate tea cakes and biscuits left for them in the room and the
me and they made it so special for me with a balloon banner and card plus a selection box for the kids amazing

i can think of other than better wifi, for some reason it was really slow which made working difficult

there s even a small door for the kids to enter the room
unique rooms plus they have a mini kitchen so you can eat in if you want.
to the flamingo room so instead of the room & bathroom we also had a separate sitting room with kitchen facilities
we got upgraded to the spa which was beautiful
we'd be more than happy to come back to this hotel however we'd be sure to not stay in the spa room

wouldn't say i didn't like it but i think maybe a little more options for kids at breakfast like pancakes or

were put in between a big family so slamming doors and kids playing outside and against out door until around

no air condition the spa can use for 4-6 pm for kids other time can not use
this isn't a kid friendly property, it's perfect for couples without kids or with older children

swimming for kids after 4 we had booked a room with a view but there wasn t one
great for a weekend away with kids
and my partner managed to get 1 day away from the kids for some relaxation, so only booked 1 night accommodation
the room itself was so small as well, the cot bad for kids that we requested was so dirty
were top class, we really enjoyed our time there, added bonus there were specific swim times for kids

after we've checked in we found out that kids aren't allowed to go to the pool
if there was a park for the kids
for hotel guests to use swimming pool, jacuzzi facilities etc etc then to find children and kids are being let
also dont mean to be horrible but not really very relaxing when theres kids screaming, thought the main hotel
2 out of 3 towels stained and dirty. bed sheet had holes in. kids cannot use spa facilities.

didnt like that they advertise a swimming pool but have massive restrictions on when kids can swim
kids under 6 years old are not allowed to do swimming
so early and having to pay 15 for an extra one hour for a later checkout, especially having kids
kids under 6 can t use the swimming pool which was a big let down during a sunny stay
reason i booked this hotel was for pool hotel should just say they don't want kids

i can honestly recommend this hotel for families of all sizes and kids

the members of staff on the reception were very welcoming and friendly, they informed me the the kids ate free
