the hot tub was clean, and the kids loved it
we went with the kids and booked a chalet which was exceptionally clean
the best thing was there were peacocks and the kids loved watching them

there was a group of men on the table next to us shouting and swearing which was not nice for the kids to hear
the twin beds had awful mattresses which were like kids beds. will not stay again

dogs are encouraged to stay with guests in bedrooms and in doing so leave those guests with pet hair allergies

the room was very small and not great for a family of 2 kids
so make sure you take everything you need especially with kids
i think its a great little place for families with kids, close to some great amenities
if i had travelled with the kids i would not have allowed them to sleep in the bunkbeds

don t have creche so that couple could enjoy spa ( kids can t be left alone on family visit)
secondly, kids have absolutely no way to enjoy the pools or any of water-related facilities at the hotel
the staff where absolutely amazing they where so good with my kids and i got so many compliments about them
