we stood outside in the cold with our two small kids for about an hour not knowing what was going on
breakfast was continental and my kids were delighted with it

apart from a party of school kids who raced up & down the corridors a few times but nothing to seriously disturb
and cushion on the walls like in kids bowling to soften the blow with me bouncing of them , full of the black
rooms were clean and spacious, the location was perfect, free parking for guests, the staff were friendly and
i didn't find the password for logging onto the wifi network & had to phone reception who were very helpful &
asked for late check out and it was half 1 before we left and no 1 bothered us we had grate rest on sunday

in the room was shocking - had to hotspot my phone to get the tv working - had kids with me so tv was important
was obnoxious on the sunday and would put u off ordering ilus out of friends rooms like we were kids
personal choice but felt unwelcome with two small kids alone
there for family wedding had an amazing day staff where so attentive and great with the kids
cleaners are very loud first thing in the morning i get away to sleep from the kids and these wake you a 7

music plays until 12:30am so if you have young kids it is a little difficult to get them down for bed early
a noisy location as the accommodations are above the pub, would not recommend for families with kids, a lovely

great hotel staff were so helfull kids club was great my girls love it we be back again

intothe night 4am :( that was the only thing i did not lilke i would suggest placing guests with kids etc in
my kids love to swim and there is pool walking distance from the hotel

fault this place for the money travelled with 4 kids and they gave us interconnected rooms at no extra cost
for the last 2 years and what makes it good for is is the hotel been accommodating towards the kids and letting

i would highly recommend staying here with kids the leisure centre has a large pool that our children really
wedding in the hotel and as we had small kids we were unfortunately sharing a floor with families from the

we ate dinner in hound restaurant 2 nights- really good kids menu and full vegan/vegetarian menu available too
we also dined in lady helen restaurant which was wonderful but the kids menu (although nice) was also very
recommend highlighting to guests (particularly those without kids) that the pool times are for adults only from
kids carbonara sauce just tasted like flour mixed with milk
