is was closed for 2 months renovations when we checked in so had a wasted journey n disappointed kids
however the wifi was very poor in our rooms which caused big issues for our three kids
the welcome, service and kids afternoon tea was fabulous. staff were so helpful and lovely.
while we were there we had dinner for 2 adults 2 kids, everyone was so please, food not full of salt or garlic
was extremely noisy, kids were running up and down the hall at all hours of the night

couldn t park at the reception area because someone marked it off so that a vip could let their kids draw with
at breakfast in both the castle and golf club, they had a lot of catering staff who were all nice kids but poorly
our dinner was amazing and our breakfast was fabulous

friendly ud83dude0a went out of there way to do anything we wanted and where excellent with the kids
great hotel staff were so helfull kids club was great my girls love it we be back again
loved that the dome was right next door for the kids
love everything the kids love the kids club
the kids club allowed us to eat dinner in peace

it s roadside location is not very suitable for young kids.
they also had great facilities for kids at christmas time and made sure my 4 year old niece was entertained
breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed a lovely lunch in the bar the cocktails were very tasty too
was a bit hit n miss for channels and wifi slow

we staid in the family suite with 2 young kids and it was so nice
it was still lovely but when you have kids, the waiting is not that pleasant

went during covid restrictions so kids not happy with limited pool time. no fault of hotel

due to the kids and there parents not being able to enter and exit via the hotel, both parents and kids walked

staff were friendly and always happy to help, our room was perfect and beds (kids, single and double) were

easter eggs were left in the room for our kids which was a fantastic treat

a lovely stay very comfortable and with 2 grandkids it was exceptional we all loved it
we ordered room service as kids were cranky and it was outstanding service and food was delicious
we got a conjoined room as we had our 3 kids with us
the lobby is stylish , great little coffee shop, kids loved the pool,
we had kids with us and they went out of their way to make them feel very welcome

kids club consisted of two teenagers minding at least 12 children
and the kids club were really good
too many kids, we didn't use the leisure facilities because of this.

aware restricted hours for kids at the pool which wasn t communicated at check in or advised on booking
not ideal on a couple night away from kids

very hot to touch for young kids, i had to switch off at radiator and open all windows to balance room temperature
old hotel, good location and great to seethe ukrainian kids staying there having a great time playing in the
