at breakfast in both the castle and golf club, they had a lot of catering staff who were all nice kids but poorly
couldn t park at the reception area because someone marked it off so that a vip could let their kids draw with
our room has almost no wifi
stayed here a few times, great value for money and can golf at affordable prices.

while we were there we had dinner for 2 adults 2 kids, everyone was so please, food not full of salt or garlic
is was closed for 2 months renovations when we checked in so had a wasted journey n disappointed kids
the welcome, service and kids afternoon tea was fabulous. staff were so helpful and lovely.
however the wifi was very poor in our rooms which caused big issues for our three kids

cleaners are very loud first thing in the morning i get away to sleep from the kids and these wake you a 7
was obnoxious on the sunday and would put u off ordering ilus out of friends rooms like we were kids
personal choice but felt unwelcome with two small kids alone

lady in evening was lovely engaged with kids and was very helpful in anything we needed

a noisy location as the accommodations are above the pub, would not recommend for families with kids, a lovely
music plays until 12:30am so if you have young kids it is a little difficult to get them down for bed early

minor complaint would be that the wifi was unavailable in our room, but it didn't matter in the end
the room was very warm as we were next to the laundry facilities with a constant smell of havez and burning

from the moment we were met by david, to the kids pack and the food, especially breakfast
