we don t get to leave the kids, and the staff at the hilton syon park made our time away extra special
unfortunately kids cant use the pool.
i specially picked this hotel by filtering for swimming (for my kids)
snake and ladders soft play and playground for kids when they are bored
because we had treatments then we used the pool etc for free and this hotel is definitely not for kids

staff who are great with kids, food is delicious, spacious dining area, not too crowded, pool could be warmer

everything was fine bar the sofa bed, very lumpy and uncomfortable for the kids.
i booked and stayed the same night as it was an emergancy situation for myself and my kids
room service food wasn't value for money, too expensive for what it was
bed room, toilet, access for wifi, public transport, restaurant, etc very good
wifi was a bit slow, also the room service says collection which was slightly confusing at first

kids menu was great but huge portion sizes!
kids loved all the soft play areas, playground and gym facility. great weekend for us!
there are no sun-beds around and there are many kids doing swimming lessons
