my floor near our room there were 2 rooms with kids the parents let them run and yell up and down the hallway
the guests upstairs yelled at their kids until 10:30 pm

it was drafty, both in the bar and in the restaurant
great bar with a neighborhood gathering place feel
the open kitchen beside the bar is one of the hotel s pleasures
hotel bar closed at 9pm which was very disappointing for a 5 star hotel
they ran a courtesy car into town to save the problems of parking

pool, jacuzzi and sauna were well enjoyed by our family and my kids loved the duck machine
breakfast was very good - kids loved the pool -
too many noisy kids in the pool so our teen wasn t interested.

applebee's connected to property. pool fun for kids close to downtown newport.

i stayed with my kids and we felt like we were at a family beach house
parking right out front
included eggs and bacon/sausage and home fries bfast (other choices) and free parking
it s in a great location too, staff gave us a late check out

it s a great place for families with kids because they re open spaces to run and just sit and relax
having a full-size kitchen was great since we were travelling with kids
