i stayed with my kids and we felt like we were at a family beach house
the inn situated just minutes away from the newport has a very convenient parking with plenty of space available
the free breakfast was also delicious

the room was awesome. fireplace,heated bathroom floors
the open kitchen beside the bar is one of the hotel s pleasures
it was drafty, both in the bar and in the restaurant
we loved our victorian room with a fireplace, it was beautiful
hotel bar closed at 9pm which was very disappointing for a 5 star hotel

cost for our pet was high

they were so pet friendly and the location is perfect walking distance to all newport offers - loved it
property is cute, very friendly, small gym, and delightful breakfast, and is walkable to downtown
where others charge (sometimes without asking) for slightly early check in or leaving a car behind for a final

kids running and yelling in the hallway until after 11pm
the kids really enjoyed the stay
this area is surrounded by all the rooms, and it s not uncommon to hear kids at play 7am
and we were very welcome as a family with 2 little kids

to it in a spot so the people sleeping in there can hear through that open space so don t put kids up there
to many screaming kids. you could hear them through the walls of our room.
would be super fun when we were younger and with kids
my floor near our room there were 2 rooms with kids the parents let them run and yell up and down the hallway
our kids enjoyed the stairs and the adults enjoyed the location and coziness

poor wifi connection, no elevator for top floor room, very poor water pressure in shower

were apparently 2 groups of kids staying that night
the kids loved the pool in the room was clean
