the kids loved the pool in the room was clean

and we were very welcome as a family with 2 little kids
this area is surrounded by all the rooms, and it s not uncommon to hear kids at play 7am
we didn t get a long time at the pool because it was swarmed with young kids till about 9-9:30
the pool was very shallow - about 4 feet only. our teen kids were disappointed.
the kids really enjoyed the stay

to it in a spot so the people sleeping in there can hear through that open space so don t put kids up there
our kids enjoyed the stairs and the adults enjoyed the location and coziness
would be super fun when we were younger and with kids
when you have teenage kids it s tough to share the tv for a week
to many screaming kids. you could hear them through the walls of our room.

they were so pet friendly and the location is perfect walking distance to all newport offers - loved it
of a large 2 story loft room- creative breakfast choices delivered straight to your room- large gym, easy parking

it lacks a pool or waterfront acces (both surpringly rare amenities in newport) it features a gym, on site

great bar with a neighborhood gathering place feel
it was drafty, both in the bar and in the restaurant

i stayed with my kids and we felt like we were at a family beach house

a charming b&b, the breakfast included in lodging was amazing, same menu as if you are stopping by the cafe
was perfect, the bed comfortable, the breakfast delicious
