perfect for kids
idea of this hotel is very nice especially for kids
staff, very fresh rooms, good restaurant, kids loved the chocolate theme
the breakfast was the best we ve ever had in a hotel
they insisted on preparing us a wonderful breakfast to go the next morning, since we were leaving out early

perfect choice if you need to stay with kids and don't worry where to park a car
whilst i was there kids were jumping in the small pool so you could not swim
the only complaint i have is the tv, didn't function, since i had kids, i really needed to have a tv, but this
although it wasn't the fullest breakfast buffet ever, it was very adequate and a good selection of everything

not the kids faults, poor parenting
community area was very nice however families used it as playground for their kids
a wellness hotel, there is lack of quiet spaces which don't have screaming kids running around everywhere
doors are made of paper on some days kids were going crazy loud and parents don t seem to
gym didn t open until 09:30 and breakfast was until 10:30, so no time to use before

the pool is lovely and we enjoyed our swim after walking the camino
a swimming pool was a perfect benefit withing the hot days! a very nice breakfast

mosqitues are really bad at night . my kids really severed a lot .
council trucks reverse bleepers at 3am then gunning their trucks up the road the spa was a little tired blown

the coffee couod have been better but it was a treat to have cava for breakfast.

the only other comment is even on a hot day the pool is freezing and there is no safe access for kids to come
also, the wifi signal was weak

wifi was not available in any rooms i tried and i could not connect to the internet on 2nd or 1st
t get wifi and staff didn t seem to understand why

we used them to dry our laundry which was easy since they get the afternoon sun

the spa massage was excellent
i also went to the spa and had the pilgrim massage after many days walking
staff were very helpful, breakfast was lovely, the bar was disappointing.

was perfect for the kids, clean and lovely to lounge round
some of the staff such as lady in spa are not very friendly and did not allow kids in pool
slots of 50min (including indoor pool) not great to manage with small kids
there's bicycles of several sizes, helmets and adapted chairs for kids
