some of the staff such as lady in spa are not very friendly and did not allow kids in pool
spa - we had to cook our stay there, but in the end, it was just packed with kids screaming, splashing everywhere
there's bicycles of several sizes, helmets and adapted chairs for kids

mosqitues are really bad at night . my kids really severed a lot .
i asked for a room change from parking lot view to ocean view and both times was rejected
breakfast and the health club,massages are very nice

a wellness hotel, there is lack of quiet spaces which don't have screaming kids running around everywhere
doors are made of paper on some days kids were going crazy loud and parents don t seem to
