community area was very nice however families used it as playground for their kids
a wellness hotel, there is lack of quiet spaces which don't have screaming kids running around everywhere

after confirming reservations, i was given keys, wifi password and a thorough explanation of the room and all

the only complaint i have is the tv, didn't function, since i had kids, i really needed to have a tv, but this
