nice & clean. great breakfast and kids enjoyed the pool
pool smelled very odd and my kids got out after less than 5 minutes (they love swimming)
then in the middle of the night there were kids running up and down the hallway knocking on
the pool was small and needed to be clean, but the pool area was clean and fresh towels!!
the breakfast was practically nonexistent

my kids and i stayed for about 2 weeks due to us moving and the staff was not inviting at all
water pressure in sink very low. loud kids running up and down the hall
popcorn available and lollypops for kids
i basically had to conduct my own room service and clean the entire room with my own cleaning supplies to spend
cleanliness of the location and outstanding staff also the gym was perfect!!

the kids enjoyed the pool and running around outside
liked the unique lobby - it has a small water feature and glass elevators which my kids really enjoyed seeing
my kids were getting cold and i wasn't able to raise the heat up, but my fiance' and i just cut it off
to covid regulations, my kids didn't get to swim because they can only allow a certain number of kids
it didn't seem to bother the kids, just me
