pool not open for the kids
we have two small kids and this upgrade made their trip extra special
woke up best i could and made my way down to the lobby only to find my crazy exgirlfriend and my kids
didn t advertise the fact that kids weren t allowed to swim or go in the gym area except weekends
we were given a room next to a loud group of kids there for a cheerleading event

the kids loved seeing the city from the balcony
i rented 2 rooms and my kids sheets were the same
the price location staff the room a 2 br suite a lot of space complimentary breakfast
was a busy weekend so it would of been nice to have more staff for the bar area
the spa tub, living room , kitchen and balcony and the breakfast was hot and ready

then my adult kids were getting ready to go to dinner and there was a very large cockroach in the room
witnessed kids on bikes in the middle of main streets doing wheelies & riding right at cars coming at them &
i loved everything about the property. location was great, room was clean, pool was amazing!!!!
the bar is amazing
didn t like u had to not for your wifi, the first room i had the pull out bed was disgusting it look like it

if the pool and fitness center was open
my family for the birthday of my 19-year-old and my granddaughter her only child to swim in the pool and for me
the pool was open however when my family entered the pool, 15 minutes later a staff member shouted at
that the pool and fitness wasn't opened and construction in the front of building

gym was amazing disappointing there was no pool
the room service food was not that great and i was defiantly disappointed in the food that was brought
the only thing i didnt like was the bar food but love the place
the hotel bar closed at 11pm, i thought that was pretty early.
the bar did not open until 4:00 pm.

someone would come to fix it, and never did we got it working no hot water and had to give my kids cold showers
friendly and helpful staff, at the reception, at the bar and housekeeping, very good breakfast, very clean(
the pool could use up dating and the hot tub was out of order.
rooms were of a sufficient size with a nice tv and free wifi
very friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies that checked me in/out, and both of the shuttle drivers

breakfast was horrible for my grandkids and myself. is nothing really to eat bagel and yogur
at a near by resturant and the entire first floor smelled like marijuana and i had to walk my kids through it
even my kids love going to the gym

there were kids there playing soccer, the young lady at the desk make sure i had a good safe quiet
