the pool wasn t heated enough it was still too cold. but the kids still got in.
to covid regulations, my kids didn't get to swim because they can only allow a certain number of kids
the kids kept getting in an out of the hot tub at the hotel and their parents did not stop them
liked the unique lobby - it has a small water feature and glass elevators which my kids really enjoyed seeing
teenage kids were knocking on doors and then running away.

my kids and i stayed for about 2 weeks due to us moving and the staff was not inviting at all

valet, front desk staff and spa staff were amazing. the bed was super comfy.
that the pool and fitness wasn't opened and construction in the front of building
not available during the week other than room service. had to go out of the hotel for breakfast.

the hotel bar has some great bartenders and they made their drinks strong
gym was amazing disappointing there was no pool
no room service. not a variety of late night snacks or sodas of any kind.
the bar did not open until 4:00 pm.
coffee shop and gym were excellent
