our food was cold, took forever, kept forgetting things ( soup and salad, kids applesauce, our drinks, etc)
i was also looking at cabins with spa tubs so we could relax when the kids went to sleep we can't leave them
kids and i were bummed that the pool and hot tub we re not open but that was covid-19 related so
is no game room for the kids that it shows in pictures and the hotel is going through some renovations while we
close access to walking trail, great view from the front, lots of games for kids to play

we had to go across the parking lot in single digit temps if we wanted our kids to swim
the kitchen amenities were great, nice fridge, dishware, glassware and cutlery, breakfast was very good
having little kitchen, bed was wonderful!

they moved me rooms; in the middle of 2 other guest and kids screaming across the hall and hippos above
the pool and the cookies were hits with the kids.

bikes in gym still not working despite a simple solution available didn't clean my room for 2
no instruction about the pool, where to get a towel, how to get in to the gym etc
even had a bar to put your foot on, while shaving my legs
also, when i had trouble with the dryer in the laundry room, the maintenance guy was there to meet me before

walls were thin so at times it was pretty noisy with other's tv and kids etc
the wifi didn't work in the room and the reception person wasn't pleasant enough

lovely staff -- the young adults who staffed the front desk and the bar were attentive, friendly and very
t get cleaned - bed not made and no clean towels - apparently that was the norm not to offer room service

walking trails, shop, playground and restaurant right there is perfect if you're with little kids
rental bikes option would have been nice. and sleds for the kids
loved the little cottage community, kids loved the basketball court, general store was super charming, and
cabin was clean with an adorable kitchen
the lodge was warm and friendly with a great old fireplace

pool is indoors but cold and dirty looking, little kids in hot tub not being monitored by parents
the elevator was broke my kids and i almost got stuck in it and they were scared
pool was reservation only but it was open so we were able to swim
we especially enjoyed the indoor pool
lit parking lot - arrived around midnight - with all the construction- could not find where to enter to

were very clean and comfortable, all staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was amazing
loved the fitness room and swimming pool very clean.

we also requested 2 extra pillows as our kids were with us- and they could only find one
we enjoyed th location and th kids enjoyed th pool. the breakfast wasn't th same every morning.
they are pet friendly and yet the rooms never smelled like pets, were super clean, and had nice pet friendly
t cleaned, the pool and hot tub room was always full, so we were unable to use it

my kids said she was soooooo nice
our kids went swimming and the water was cold
kids from a ball team were so loud and unruly that breakfast was virtually impossible to enjoy
more selection of cereals (they were all kids cereals), pastries and types of yogurt would have been nice
access to the pool, which the kids were at the second we returned from our sightseeing
