we had to go across the parking lot in single digit temps if we wanted our kids to swim
longer breakfast hours.
breakfast was great and there were lots of options

they moved me rooms; in the middle of 2 other guest and kids screaming across the hall and hippos above
wouldn't put my kids in the pool, dingy and not clean looking
the pool and the cookies were hits with the kids.
nice common space to sit in for free breakfast, did not use but gym and pool area, room very nice size

walls were thin so at times it was pretty noisy with other's tv and kids etc
t get cleaned - bed not made and no clean towels - apparently that was the norm not to offer room service
the gym was clean
the location, the bistro and the bar area.

pool is indoors but cold and dirty looking, little kids in hot tub not being monitored by parents
the elevator was broke my kids and i almost got stuck in it and they were scared
clean and comfy room. the location was perfect. the pool was great. we loved the shower.
i was also surprised that every cup in the gym was individually wrapped in plastic, plastic in plastic felt
the gym offers a good amount of free weights which is great

breakfast, pool, hot tub. our room had a full kitchen.
the full kitchenette ,and of course the staff in reception who are always helpful
to find, no sign at entrance to parking lot went by it 2 times trying to locate, the basketball court and tree
very good breakfast and pool with clean without too much chlorine water
was the best breakfast compare with other hotels we recently stayed

loved the little cottage community, kids loved the basketball court, general store was super charming, and
walking trails, shop, playground and restaurant right there is perfect if you're with little kids

to call for 4 days to update the name on the room so my girlfriend and our kids could check in on arrival because
pool area on the spartan side, many screaming kids. had to pay for wi-fi
no free wi/fi also kids rented a movie cost 25 along with a few aditanal charges

our kids went swimming and the water was cold
more selection of cereals (they were all kids cereals), pastries and types of yogurt would have been nice

kids from a ball team were so loud and unruly that breakfast was virtually impossible to enjoy

we also requested 2 extra pillows as our kids were with us- and they could only find one
we enjoyed th location and th kids enjoyed th pool. the breakfast wasn't th same every morning.
