friendly staff, nice rooms, nice pool with hot tub, and good breakfast!
breakfast coffee and orange juice was watered down
the full kitchenette ,and of course the staff in reception who are always helpful

pool is indoors but cold and dirty looking, little kids in hot tub not being monitored by parents
the elevator was broke my kids and i almost got stuck in it and they were scared
we especially enjoyed the indoor pool
i wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and work out facilities- they looked great!
clean, nice pillows, had internet and fridge. helped and nice staff. bar was good.

this was a staycation for us, and my kids were very disappointed

there are daily activities for kids and guests from yoga and snow cones to movie night by the pool
the pool and s mores for the kids was great
the hot tub was bigger or the hours were better for adults to enjoy and not always packed with kids
and outdoors the staff treated our kids like we were at disney land
they especially made our kids welcome and happy which, after being on the road for three days, made the trip

absurdly loud kids at the pool with rude parents who did nothing
was not working either night and there were a bunch of kids staying in rooms up late near us due to a rock
no free wi/fi also kids rented a movie cost 25 along with a few aditanal charges
i normally wouldn't mind but we were with our kids and they
clean and close to our kids!

walls were thin so at times it was pretty noisy with other's tv and kids etc

no instruction about the pool, where to get a towel, how to get in to the gym etc

walking trails, shop, playground and restaurant right there is perfect if you're with little kids
loved the little cottage community, kids loved the basketball court, general store was super charming, and
rental bikes option would have been nice. and sleds for the kids
so comfortable, and it s nice to have a full working kitchen
dining on site or cook up a meal in the retro kitchen

wouldn't put my kids in the pool, dingy and not clean looking
the pool and the cookies were hits with the kids.

we had to go across the parking lot in single digit temps if we wanted our kids to swim
clean properly, one of the main reasons i picked this place was because of the pool and pool wasn't open no one
having little kitchen, bed was wonderful!
