we enjoyed th location and th kids enjoyed th pool. the breakfast wasn't th same every morning.

our kids went swimming and the water was cold
access to the pool, which the kids were at the second we returned from our sightseeing

the kids running the front desk were always friendly and polite but didn t seem to know much about
bedroom floors left our feet dirty and kids clothes when crawling on the floor.
a business minded hotel, this was over run with kids using the elevator for amusement
would have been nice know that the pool was under construction as it was a selling point with my kids

we had to go across the parking lot in single digit temps if we wanted our kids to swim
having little kitchen, bed was wonderful!

wouldn't put my kids in the pool, dingy and not clean looking
they moved me rooms; in the middle of 2 other guest and kids screaming across the hall and hippos above
the pool and the cookies were hits with the kids.

kids were very disappointed
location, the amazing view, the gorgeous building, the kids play area, the fire pit for s mores, the food
close access to walking trail, great view from the front, lots of games for kids to play
kids and i were bummed that the pool and hot tub we re not open but that was covid-19 related so
our food was cold, took forever, kept forgetting things ( soup and salad, kids applesauce, our drinks, etc)
