from a clear signpost pointing into the car park as we both couldn't see it and finished up parking in and
the room itself was noisy from people going to and from the parking
everything about this place was brilliant the breakfast was
the staff were excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful, the evening meal & breakfast were superb &
friendly and excellent food & bar menu

garden was absolutely stunning, huge space, kids play area and views across the fields
first night - lots of kids sitting around and playing at bottom of stairs as we came down from our room
location, wifi, butterfly zoo, boat trip and public transport.
the building itself, along with the bar and dining areas, is beautiful and full of charm, making it a really
very beautiful setting and surroundings gardens. staff were friendly and very pet friendly.

food was good, they serve set breakfasts and will ask you the night before
the cooked breakfast was excellent
full english breakfast
stayed one night, but the room was comfortable, the real ale was good, and breakfast was delicious
soap bar is provided so bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo

activities were great for the kids
archery, play center - so this really is somewhere you can go for a night or two just to give the kids a small
perfect for a family break. kids enjoyed alot.

kids were left hungry
we appreciated the large and comfortable bed, and the ev charge points (11kw, paid separately)
with wifi which kept cutting out
peaceful, comfortable, great location lovely room, beautiful gardens, great bar and restaurant
and no parking charges, unlike city hotels

swimming pool and spa - lots for kids to do
and spa were really nice however lots of kids at 7pm in the pool
were too high i guess - i was expecting a spa but more of a swimming pool vibe including full of kids, hopefully
and that's just one thing to do with the kids
so easy to get to and tonnes of space for the kids
