we ordered room service twice and both times the food was excellent
wifi was inaccessible initially, on the second day it worked in public areas as per notification

praia de samil which is a close drive from the hotel is an amazing beach with two kids salt water pools beside

we travelled with our pet spaniel and the hotel was really accommodating
air conditioning didn't work, it was july!!! excessive pet fees 35/night
room was spacious, bed comfortable, and room service prompt and good quality
i would suggest that you improve the gym. it did not have that much.

tv in the kids room never worked but we honestly didn t even need it

having room service available is certainly a plus and the bar up on the 7th floor is very nice

there's bicycles of several sizes, helmets and adapted chairs for kids
slots of 50min (including indoor pool) not great to manage with small kids

spa - we had to cook our stay there, but in the end, it was just packed with kids screaming, splashing everywhere
