it was only linguini in a basil and tomato sauce with mozzarella (same as that on kids menu) which was pricey

the spa was brilliant and the kids had such

the hotel was very clean, staff super friendly and the kids love the pool

young kids in the jacuzzi

there were no mini fridges or fridges at all in the rooms so was hard to store things for kids

the sofa bed mattress for my kids was even worse

i was to be ultra picky we stayed on a monday and tuesday and the bar closes earlier but we could order drinks

the bar area was also nice

was not very sound proofed from the bar/restaurant and wifi was very intermittent

amazing en suite. great breakfast. staff friendly and attentive

breakfast was great with plenty of choices to suit all dietry requirements

dining/breakfast area was spotless, variety of menu choices fabulous cocktails served from the bar wonderful

parking could be a issue maybe have small library for bad weather or a few games.

looking for parking was a drag, if you were a family with lots of bags and kids, it would be a hassle to have

a couple of the bar staff were a bit rude - but it was very

wifi which was a particular problem as there was virtually no phone signal either

music din, in the evening, the bass beats from the bar did cause a sleep issue as it was going on till 12am

did not bother us being on top of a bar it was very noisy but if you like going to bed early don't stay here

the noise downstairs coming from the bar didn t really bother me and my 6 year old son as we are always out

i did not like with the exception of the car park which was small and so you would struggle for parking

wifi not secure

restaurant & bar are closed on sundays and mondays (even on bank holiday weekends) - a shame this wasn t made

good parking

comfortable stay, ample parking, and a really lovely breakfast, can t recommend this place highly

i have booked swimming pool for kids 4-5pm, great service, one more family were in a pool with us

throw my suitcase in the room and have a relaxing swim and chill in the hot tub with my wife and kids

m being picky the pool was a little bit chilly for my liking but once your in it s ok and the kids swimming

pillow was dirty. cold water in swimming pool for kids.

hotel were happy to make smaller portions of meals for kids though

pub was used by some locals in the evening who were sat outside our window in the garden and the kids screamed

everything available in the kitchen to

noise from aircon at back of kitchen. thankfully turned off at night.

wasn't offered any wifi so not sure if there was any available

i was refused access to microwave to warm our milk can for kids at 0900pm

the kids enjoyed playing in the gardens

the grounds were nice to walk around and play frisbee with the kids. hotel meals were good.

sofa bed for kids instead of spare ones. sofa bed was not that soft.

breakfast was good. room split into 2 so the kids had a room and so did we was excellent.

comfortable beds, free car park and a small park for the kids in the beer garden

lovely view of the port. kids were really excited for their own bed. warm and cosy room.

even the kids couldn't sleep on the sofa bed the springs dug in so badly

needed to drive 20 min back to tenby to be able to eat dinner with kids

probably would not be great for kids as a little way out of town centre

carpark not easily seen. noisy kids up until 10.00 (not down to hotel!)

so friendly with our kids too

family room was v small, we have 2 kids and 1 mattress was wedged alongside the double bed with the bedside

although we could hear noise from the room above, possibly kids jumping

gym downstairs before breakfast to kick start your day, what more do you want

being able to accommodate our pet dog was a big attraction to choosing this guest house and that worked well

bar of the hotel was incredibly noisey, full of people who had drunk too much and lots of shouting
