a friend, hearing we were staying in a hotel, said we should use room service - well that couldn't be further

we had great food on the saturday evening and thoroughly enjoyed the bar which leads out to a stunning view of

the wifi was excellent and the rooms were brilliant with the tv channels a big bonus

friendly staff. hotel was clean. good amount of parking available.

close to the ferry port evening meal in bar was excellent friendly staff ample parking

wifi signal would not work on mobile phone in the room, as the network signal was not strong enough

the wifi was patchy, and we had to ask our host to fix it twice

georgian townhouse in great location with super friendly host and ample parking close by

period features, the central location and the modern and clean bar area

no breakfast, no wifi, broken lamp and no staff available to speak to

staff int he bar were super friendly and very helpful when parking my van

couldn't of been friendlier and did warn us about the noise from the bar with the entertainment

family room in the loft conversion for myself and two kids, large double bed was very comfy, one of the single

parking right in front of the inn

we had a family room booked 2 adults and 2 kids and we were given 2 towels

needed to drive 20 min back to tenby to be able to eat dinner with kids

carpark not easily seen. noisy kids up until 10.00 (not down to hotel!)

so friendly with our kids too

although we could hear noise from the room above, possibly kids jumping

family room was v small, we have 2 kids and 1 mattress was wedged alongside the double bed with the bedside

location right on the lovely marina, with free parking included perfect for exploring the nearby lively bars

loved the double room for our kids

nice pub downstairs, spacious bathroom with bath and shower, separate room for the kids with door, so could

had a double room so the kids had a room to themselves, the room was clean and today and very spacious

plenty of parking and pub downstairs - although it doesn't disturb the peace and quiet upstairs

the hotel has been refurbished to a very good standard, the room was ample size for us with two kids

the hotel needs a small childrens play area kids did get a little bored

the grounds were nice to walk around and play frisbee with the kids. hotel meals were good.

i was refused access to microwave to warm our milk can for kids at 0900pm

make the kids feel welcome, no interaction at breakfast times or no checking everything was ok when i

it is not accessible to kids from 6pm onward

pillow was dirty. cold water in swimming pool for kids.

great spa facilities and kids loved pool

i have booked swimming pool for kids 4-5pm, great service, one more family were in a pool with us

m being picky the pool was a little bit chilly for my liking but once your in it s ok and the kids swimming

pub was used by some locals in the evening who were sat outside our window in the garden and the kids screamed

hotel were happy to make smaller portions of meals for kids though

was perfect fantastic breakfast and staff x

excellent food, plenty of parking, enthusiastically run. would visit again!

wifi in the rooms could be improved

there has been an issue with the wifi previously but that is now sorted.

views from room and garden, pet friendly, good variety for breakfast and great dog friendly

i did not like with the exception of the car park which was small and so you would struggle for parking

room was excellent, as was breakfast (with a wide choice).

the room service was variable and i had to ask for toilet roll and shower/shampoo sachets

we had a few drinks before heading out for the evening in the downstairs bar and staff were laughing and joking

looking for parking was a drag, if you were a family with lots of bags and kids, it would be a hassle to have

covid measures seemed robust with room service breakfast (although a proper plate / tray etc would have been

nothing! parking is not available but is very close by - easy to look up before you travel.
