the use of the spa was a great addition to our stay and they welcomed the kids in the pool too

even though advertised , spa and pool closed with very poor communication we stopped and bought kids trunks on

phoned up when we booked the hotel asking if kids (13 year old in our case) could use the spa facilities and

food was amazing in the restaurant both evening meal and buffet breakfast

spacious and the customer service day and night was exceptional, incredibly welcoming to me, my kids and even

kids loved the breakfast, staff were welcoming, cannot fault!

i stayed with my 2 kids and i had a sofa bed set up for my daughter which was very

very impressed was amazing even the kids enjoyed it so thanks to all the staff who were super

activity packs for the kids

we were given an extra twin room for the teenage kids to sleep in and our room had an adjoinig lounge area

were in need of soft closing hinges as some banged shut so not good for people sleeping / or with kids

will be back kids loved the pool

upstairs breakfast was included but you can t tell it was a breakfast, more like snacks for kids (all was

very noisy due to live entertainment on the street, then noisy drunken kids

though the adults bed were very comfortable but kids futon beds were very hard to sleep on and very uncomfortable

management should not rely on kids

we had asked for rooms next to each other because we had kids but this was not fulfilled

with kids we had two single beds and two folding beds - the folding beds were by far the most
