the use of the spa was a great addition to our stay and they welcomed the kids in the pool too

even though advertised , spa and pool closed with very poor communication we stopped and bought kids trunks on

phoned up when we booked the hotel asking if kids (13 year old in our case) could use the spa facilities and

the frozen disco event was very good, with plenty of food and prizes for the kids

i was surprised that we weren t given bathrobes at the pool to take back to the room - felt a little less

was fantastic and one of the waitress was brilliant with my kids and went beyond her job as she helped with the

perfect for the kids

have done more for us to make our stay a good one for everyone, to the pint of remembering the kids names which

restaurant had outside play area for kids and staff were all very friendly and helpful

only a small playground for kids to play on, breakfast wasn't very hot.

location is a plus point as it is a beach front hotel which make it easy to take the kids to the beach without

the hotel has a lovely bar area to relax in and a restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast

only real gripe was that we couldnt use the bar for an hour in the evening as they had an event on

nice and the staff exceptional, rhys on reception was very helpful and the girl serving on the bar and then

the lobby and the bar is a must visit for all guests

kids got some activity packs over breakfast and

have liked to order food in hotel or have a room service option

also, staff was amazing and the large bar area was a good place to replace and watch a game

the facilities were almost perfect the wifi speed could ve been a bit better though

would have been great if kids are allowed in the jacuzzi

good morning full english breakfast - with porridge access to the village club meant the kids were occupied

we would have liked to have had a swim in the pool but felt too much time was allowed to the kids learning to

pool is open for kids till 7pm if you have kids you can't come to swim

the pool is huge and on this sunday very quiet. my kids loved it. staff is very very friendly.

on arrival we was asked for a debit card so that the hotel could hold 50 for any room service or drinks

the bar man at front of house ( who had given such a warm friendly welcome when we had stopped for

we were expecting to have a nice relaxing dip in the pool with some peace and quiet but the kids diving and

put in context i was there with my older son so know what it is like to have children so not anti kids

food was fantastic family room really spacious kids loved the pool and the grounds to play

to stay in a hotel with spa (as advertised), i would expect seamless experience when you go with kids and family

super location very good breakfast we stayed at the plough because we were visiting family in the surrounding

com did not offer me a family room when i booked only two rooms for my wife and kids

s your own fault you should ve thought of a taxi before you went fair enough but helping two kids you do
