the wifi is also very hot and miss

the receptionist was quite rude and unfriendly with her abrupt answers when asked for help with wifi and she

didn't get any traffic noise as the rooms are at the back and face away from the road, plenty of parking and

lovely place, great staff, clean, nice views, wonderful breakfast, would stay again.

yoghurts/fruit available at breakfast so i paid for a breakfast on the friday morning that i never actually

had a evening meal there as we arrived after 4pm, and that was worth every penny, the breakfast was excellent,

location of this beautiful inn is amazing , you can do stargazing from its parking lot ud83dude02 everything

phoned up when we booked the hotel asking if kids (13 year old in our case) could use the spa facilities and

the use of the spa was a great addition to our stay and they welcomed the kids in the pool too

even though advertised , spa and pool closed with very poor communication we stopped and bought kids trunks on

the frozen disco event was very good, with plenty of food and prizes for the kids

we were greeted in a thunderstorm with umbrellas, directed to the upper parking for our disabilities

staff was amazing. kids and i loved the pool and room was great size. grounds beautiful xx

always a warm welcome and very helpful.also has a indoor pool which the kids love.

with kids we had two single beds and two folding beds - the folding beds were by far the most

we had asked for rooms next to each other because we had kids but this was not fulfilled

facilities and location was fab great for the kids and us weather was a great bonus loved our stay wiil be

control in the swimming pool, it was full of kids throwing equipment around so we chose to leave as we were

to stay in a hotel with spa (as advertised), i would expect seamless experience when you go with kids and family

found it hard to relax in the spa and lounge with screaming kids running everywhere

was a shame the bar downstairs was closed but we just popped across to the sister hotel

would have been good if the bar was open downstairs but understand it s newly opened

only real gripe was that we couldnt use the bar for an hour in the evening as they had an event on

location is a plus point as it is a beach front hotel which make it easy to take the kids to the beach without

upstairs breakfast was included but you can t tell it was a breakfast, more like snacks for kids (all was

during the bank holiday weekend - i was actually surprised i got a hotel travelling with 3 kids -- free breakfast

beautiful room and so clean and comfortable, food in the bar was stunning

charming looking place, there s a very modern part of the bar, insta wall & all that, then a cosier more

pet friendly it was, was a bit worried as was there for my sisters wedding but had an amazing day

huge room and very good size bathroom coach house bookings also have their own dedicated parking area right
