wifi was pretty poor on the top floor room i had but i had an early night anyway so didn't miss it

also the spa bath was a very welcome item

parking at the back of the hotel is a little tight, but we managed ok.

car park is very small, but to be fair to the staff, they were helpful and made sure i was in a parking spot so

kids running around all hours of the night unable to sleep doors being banged all 3 night of the

staff really nice and friendly. food was good. pool was great for kids

no fan on a boiling hot night. noisy kids running around.

breakfast was excellent, literally everything you could want from a continental, the kids really enjoyed it as

we had 2 connecting rooms, one for the kids and one for the parents

in it the tacos which were soggy and covered in coleslaw and mayonnaise with chicken bites that kids would have

very disappointed with overall: dirty carpets, old bathrooms, with two kids not easy to find the room (it seems

rooms were heated with plug in electric heaters - not great when you have kids

there was an old fashioned radio playing as we entered the room & it was decorated in a kath kidston style

if you like the whole cath kidston thing, book room 11 (though it is, as described, very small)

one of the reasons for staying here was the fact that there was an ev charger, however at 1
