this break was just what we needed after a stressful christmas and we were relaxed, even with kids

we liked everything apart from kids mattresses.

kids were treated very well

the rooms very clean and the staff a very polite. my kids love the pool and i love the breakfast

the kids absolutely loved it

little lodge on some lovely land my kids enjoyed seeing all the cute rabbits freely roaming the grounds room

the walls are paper thin, we were woken up by kids shouting early in morning

the place looks great on arrival the guest areas looked impressive, with a play area for kids the bar was a plus

the penny bar have the place character the 'public' toilet floor was also pennies

i liked the facilities of the swimming pool, sauna and gym. i used this everyday and loved it.

let kids stay who dont know how to behave so every guest ended up outside at 4am as someone smoking in

hotel's fault, but awoken at 5am by a noisy family above us - kids running around and literally shaking the

staff were very friendly, our kids were happy and the value for money was very good, i thought

it was quite nice to have some phone free time however i needed to check on the kids so that was a bit stressful

there was an old fashioned radio playing as we entered the room & it was decorated in a kath kidston style

if you like the whole cath kidston thing, book room 11 (though it is, as described, very small)

presume the breakfast/kitchen staff didn t have a key

wifi was a little intermittent when busy and didn t work in the room, but it made the stay even

to reception area to get something i had to take card with me and because of no card in room kids couldn't use

everything was good. kids loved it. breakfast brilliant.

fruit and juices brought to our room - covid restrictions so restaurant not in use, all meals room service at

restaurant staff were excellent, and a special thankyou to my breakfast waitress and morning receptionist,

breakfast was good but basic i didn t agree having to pay extra for something what is normally

really helped that breakfast was included with my stay
