on vacation with 4 kids and pool was closed
the kids loved the outdoor pool
kids and i both left full of bug bites and staff was super rude at the front desk

t get the room i reserved, tv didn t work can t even get 3 extra blankets for the kids who were supposed
shop though the room was excellent the swimming pool was great it was heated and outside which my kids enjoyed

very clean, the beds are comfortable and my kids loved the pool. the breakfast is great also.
also they like to put families on the 3rd floor with kids and then the people below them complain and that
kids runnig free with out their parents
the pool was small but all and all the kids liked it.
after getting home we noticed small bites on our kids legs and backs not sure if it's bed bugs or not

my kids said the pool and hot tub were a bit cold but the pool area was clean.
kids running in the halls at night - there were baseball teams staying for tournaments.
the happy hour was a great bonus treat we all enjoyed every day, the kids loved the popcorn and we enjoyed

room refer didn't work, toilet seat was broke, second room the kids yelled and screamed from 1:30 am on, banging
fruit, not a great continental breakfast, if i had known i wouldn't reserve a room there, my grandkids didn't
pool was nice but it was full of kids
i loved the first floor had sliding glass doors to the outside, making it easier with kids
noisy, you could hear kids yelling next door , and adults sounded like they were partying

the window, there were young adults smoking and trying to break into a work trucks toolbox in the parking lot

the hot tub wasn t working but the pool was clean and heated and the kids enjoyed swimming, including my 2
whirlpool was cold and later closed,, could hear family with 5 kids right above us until late at night

nephew considers this hotel his very own due to the pool, and how well its set up for kids of his age

desk found out we were having car trouble & got us into our rooms early so we could settle in the kids & our
price was amazing for staying with kids

room was fantastic, the living room was seperated by doors so the kids could watch tv without the lights bothering

the activities! our kids ages four and 12 loved this place! we had so much fun

such a nice facility! fun having the loft for the kids, and the coffee shop was super cute!
the room set up w the loft worked perfect for our 2 kids to sleep in their own beds in the loft
saw hard working women and little kids maintaining the rooms like pros, i wish had more time to stay, if comeback

about the property i disliked but the people next to us were super loud and kids running

keeping young kids on ground floor would be nice
my kids were very scared
has a swimming pool with a slide which we did not use, but for sure is a bonus for travelers with kids
