about the property i disliked but the people next to us were super loud and kids running

other then maybe some noise from kids jumping around above us, which is hard to avoid, the hotel was really

i had 3 kids 4 and under that i had to try and keep asleep thru the noise

the kids running up & down the stairs, up & down the hall, & above us was so loud & obnoxious

kids liked the pool just the slide was not very sturdy

saw hard working women and little kids maintaining the rooms like pros, i wish had more time to stay, if comeback

the room set up w the loft worked perfect for our 2 kids to sleep in their own beds in the loft

my room had a loft with an additional queen bed, which i thought kids would love

such a nice facility! fun having the loft for the kids, and the coffee shop was super cute!

the parking is a little rough.

just don't enjoy bringing kids through casino to get to restaurant

the shower/tub hot water was able to get dangerously hot, not safe for kids or older adults

we have the kids and the separation between the king room and the living room with massive sofa bed is a life

a casino hotel when i specifically choose the one that was not a casino hotel because of the kids in our party

the hot tub was out of order, staff lied saying they had no manager, most of the families with kids that wanted

front door parking is scarce, even temporarily parking to drop off my elderly mother.

our queen suite had nice little kitchen area and a electric fireplace

easy check-in, ample parking, and clean rooms.

kids really didn t like the sack breakfast but understood it was due to covid restrictions

if you have kids just park in the garage and take the elevator straight up to the hotel lobby and skip the

sheets had bad static. loud heard dogs barking and kids crying.

to give credit, the hallway was promptly cleaned so it could have just been kids and housekeeping was right on

our kids loved the lobby chairs and we loved the patio on the lobby floor with the amazing gas fire pit

i understand gambling resort not meant for kids but they were rude about them being there and they were with

great for family just wish there was more to do with the kids

were comfortable and the room was cleaned every day, which is a plus when traveling with 2 kids

pool was at a different hotel and not easy for kids to get to (go outside, go thru casino, or use a non-traveled

we did have our kids so that wasnt the best but we made it work

tables and when i rec my food they had a very small amount of eggs, and potaotes look liked a kids menu, and no

ice machine on the floors, breakfast was expensive, especially for my kids, parking was also

much to our chagrin when we were checking in they told us the pet fee was $50 a day and parking was $20 per

great location, clean, great laundry center, comfortable beds and great size.

the room was impeccable and we enjoyed the thanksgiving day nfl games with chase at the beautiful bar area with

not like having to take my kids through the casino to enter the hotel

wish they had 2 br family suites with 1 king suite and 1 double bed kitchenette and living room and pull out

the patio bar was open later, but i understand short workers and lots more stuff going on main street

were having problems with the pool / spa heaters and the pool ended up too hot to stay in very long

making an appointment for the spa/pool.

there is nowhere for kids to be when the parents are enjoying the free play that you are given when you

wasn't too bad, but kids playing before school had me up early

we got a wake up call by kids playing and screaming outside of our room

people next to us had two kids in their room, and the younger on cried all night and it was hard to get any

2 queen beds & couch so all 3 kids (ages 8-13) had plenty of room to sleep

had a sign by the door that said no one under 21 so we never went in because we had our kids

wifi was horrible

the hotel was clean, affordable, with friendly staff and the breakfast was great

the dryer in the laundry room took multiple cycles to dry the clothes fully, and the elevator would act up

it ruined my kids

must have been some kids in the room above us as there was constant

someone was given the kids to our room and walked in on us and the person at the front desk told this person

i had to clean something off the toilet seat with my own clorox wipes before my kids went to use it

loved the back yard next to the creek, made it really nice for pets and kids

not have meals that weee cheaper and for kids
