pool had boogers from lots of kids but they did clean it when i told em.
the dinimg rom but its not the hotel problem people are very messe like 1yrs old kids
was still trash in the sofa sleeper from the previous people when my kids went to set it up
pool chlorine was very strong for me but the kids had a blast

they were able to accommodate our request for a ground floor room as we have young hyperactive kids and we didn

the pool area was small, but my kids enjoyed it
of keystone, sd> the king suite was very spacious with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bunk beds for my kids

stayed on the first floor, and there was a family with kids on the second floor
the pool was a hit with the kids - having a 6ft deep end was s treat

kids said the vending machines on our floor weren t working, but it didn t affect our stay at all
indoor pool was huge but shallow end was tiny so my kids only had the stairs & maybe 2 ft of space to play
the kids loved the indoor pool, and the staff was always kind and welcoming

spa tub water was lukewarm
breakfast was outstanding and we really enjoyed the bar and restaurant

nice pool, workout area and kids play areas
the outside games were so much fun for the kids to play
it was very family oriented there were activities to do while on the property and the kids enjoyed being there

we booked based on a pool so kids were disappointed
pool was great entertainment for kids
my teenage kids complained about the comfort of the mattresses
breakfast, only a grab n go and no juice was offered only coffee so not sure what they expect kids to drink

never write reviews, but the bathroom smelled so badly of urine i would let my kids touch the floor

also they like to put families on the 3rd floor with kids and then the people below them complain and that
after getting home we noticed small bites on our kids legs and backs not sure if it's bed bugs or not

kids and i both left full of bug bites and staff was super rude at the front desk
