was a lack of communication between the reception staff and the cleaners/room service
proximity to station, attractive decor, excellent breakfast, informal atmosphere.

there is no bar fridge in the room, but if you need to keep anything in the fridge eg medication the staff is
good breakfast and opened very early as we were getting the airport shuttle

room is a little small when fitting 2 adults + 2 kids, but is perfectly doable for short stays
has been recently renovated, and i loved the sofa bank-bed solution for families with two small kids
great place for families, by the way, and yet lovely for us without kids because the soundproofing is superb
very half heartedly i attempted to walk to the city center with my wife and kids via victorie place and was

the beds were so comfy, my kids described them as 'cloud beds' and the access to free water was much appreciated
also one of my kids needed to return to the hotel, and we needed to contact him - and the hotel staff would
- silly amenities; 2 kids of mass produced products; they should diversify
value, clean, spacious and smoked salmon at breakfast, always a good sign of quality breakfasts
