good breakfast and opened very early as we were getting the airport shuttle
there is no bar fridge in the room, but if you need to keep anything in the fridge eg medication the staff is
room service tray left outside our neighbour's room for many hours.

there was bunk beds in the room which the kids loved
the staff was very nice / friendly with special attention to kids needs

the hotel is buried in the bustling suburb of le bouscat - bikes, cars, kids going to school - so be prepared
the attention to details, the kindness of solicitude of the staff, the spa and garden are fantastic
our hosts could not have been more attentive and helpful - offering room service and drinks at the bar
sitting by the pool was the perfect way to relax and unwind for a few days
expected more from the spa and the pool was a little smaller than expected but it was still nice

we had two interconnecting family rooms - the kids especially were impressed with the added extras like the
soft drinks are for kids :) in room has no slippers
