room service's food was delicious and the presence of a microwave in the room was sure a plus
kitchen was well appointed, and location was right in the middle of town

great breakfast buffet that the kids loved
of four with a room booked for three people only which would have been sufficient for us as the kids sleep
asked for connecting or rooms near each other as travelling with two kids

wifi didn't work, for some odd reason our network carriers only has a couple of bars so would have
ac was strong and consistent, wifi was strong and connected, breakfast was great, staff super friendly and
breakfast would like more vegetable and some beans

hotel is good for the kids too, lots of games to
mostly my kids enjoyed the arcades free of charge at the reception
looked liked a good kids area in reception but didn't look to see if set up for english
had a great stay at the hotel, we are a family with 2 kids, 4 years old and a baby and we visit bordeaux for

staff was exceptionally friendly (also towards kids) and had great menu offers for kids, e
my 3 and 6 year old loved our family room, and we had the perfect set up for a city break with kids - but still
we had two interconnecting family rooms - the kids especially were impressed with the added extras like the
soft drinks are for kids :) in room has no slippers
