made me nervous as a single mom traveling with young kids to walk into an open, dark room

pool was maintained well

the hotel offers free parking and breakfast which is impossible to find in downtown chicago

breakfast was good. location was very close to where i was visiting. everything was great.

each room came with a magazine of things to do in chicago so me and my kids enjoyed reading it together

kids were running up and down the halls and slamming doors at 11 at night

kids were running the hallway at 9pm

i brung my kids so that they could swim

time was extremely to loud, kids running up and down the hallway, people partying and looking like drug heads

we liked the 2 beds plus pull out couch so the kids didn t have to share

for kids/adults i would recommend grits as well & a waffle maker

only say beds a little small but most definitely what was needed us to relax and swim with my kids

price we paid, even come with light breakfast to start my day

the pool provided a nice place to cool down on a hot day

the pool area was great fun for the kids

a great choice for a little getaway with the kids

the pool being closed my kids only used it once for the whole stay

everyone was very nice and helpful! we enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool

were knocking on my door at 1:30 am because kids were partying across the hall and the staff at the desk said

there were people all in the hallways yearling talking pound letting there kids run up and down the hallways

the elevator was broken so good luck if you had a lot of luggage or small kids and were unlucky enough to be

it was awful and the toilet was so low that it was hard to get up off the toilet it was like a kids toilet in

we had 4 kids and they just wanted the pool

was clean, the pool was clean (small but perfect for littler kids), a hot tub, and a pancake making machine that

pool/hot tub area had issues with kids being in past the adult only time however security did come eventually

were supposed to have 2 queen beds but we only had 1 for 2 adults and kids

whoever was in the room on top of me either let their kids jump throughout the room or there was a dog running

what we were looking for for a family getaway to the dunes - pool for kids, on site breakfast in the morning

room layout with a separate room for mom and dad and a pullout sofa in the living room for the kids

the kids love the breakfast and it was convenient it was my everything

the bed in our suite had a metal piece sticking out which we were lucky that the kids didn t hurt themselves

didn t know it was pet friendly and my kids like to play with their toys on the floor but i couldn t allow

hotel was over run with people and kids, was unable to relax and rest the way i wanted because the room next

pool was a little small and there were several (12) children in there, so my kids didnt get to swim so that was

wished the pool had a bigger shallow end for smaller kids

the room was a great size with my adult kids in town for a funeral.
