the restaurant was busy at the time and room service was provided quickly and efficiently

opportunity to go in the hot tub as was being used the afternoon of our arrival but still lovely spa to

music played in the bar and restaurant sounded boring and irritating

doors got a bit caught in the carpets so it was hard for the smaller kids to open.

the breakfast is excellent and we had the small plates in the bar which i highly recommend

a pet friendly room and on arrival was told it wasn't and had to pay extra

of flat, we were in 4 (2adults+2 kids) and it was enough space for everyone

spa which is the location we needed to be, was nice that they provided a few toilet rolls as my kids seem to

very stressful parking. struggled to find a nearby spot with disc. did get one in the end.

so just may not be suitable when you staying with small kids like myself and my 7 year old as it was too loud

if we didn't have the kids we would have definitely joined the locals for a few and the karaoke

were fabulous so friendly and great with kids place was really clean, spacious and extremely comfortable

pay two kids if tom and you can see the real difference between each other, other one with better

my only very minor niggle was the wifi connection was slightly 'hit and miss'.
