we don t get to leave the kids, and the staff at the hilton syon park made our time away extra special
unfortunately kids cant use the pool.
i specially picked this hotel by filtering for swimming (for my kids)
snake and ladders soft play and playground for kids when they are bored
because we had treatments then we used the pool etc for free and this hotel is definitely not for kids

was poor our room showed a bunkbed room for 2 x kids but there was a single the one little one slept on the
staff = especially romanian lady- didnt catch her name but she was really good with the kids
also, the wifi password in the room was old, and i had to leave my son in the room to go to the bar and get
member of staff behind the bar in the evening clearly was only interested in serving 'locals' saying that he

the particular room we were in was perfect for me travelling with my two kids
the room worked just fine for me and the kids

the hotel had a smell and the breakfast was for kids not adults
didnt understand why phones wasnt allowed in the pool area either as no kids was present
took 1 hour to get and when received i should have never paid for was equivalent to a kids meal

which is easy to get into the centre without having to rush and walk for hours so good for kids too
